"Korb's girl-next-door approach leaves her audience feeling happy throughout the program. Most of the session runs with a lightweight feeling. She's particularly effective on the ballad "Everything Happens to Me," where her convincing vocal interpretation reaches out naturally and connects intuitively. "When You're Smilin'," with its walking bass and ride cymbal patterns, stands out as one of the session's high points, as Korb incorporates scat singing with her lyric delivery. Double bass, drums and bass guitar provide a multi-textured approach, as she brings the song to fruition."
